Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZeusConnect platform, dashboard, applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, installing the gateway, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate and current registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity performed under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send unsolicited messages, spam, or any unlawful content,
- violate any applicable telecommunications, anti-spam, or privacy regulation (including the Australian Spam Act, US TCPA, and GDPR where relevant),
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, the Service, or its underlying infrastructure.
3. Customer Data
You retain all rights in the data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data strictly as necessary to provide the Service.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice for the next billing cycle.
5. Service Availability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including mobile carriers and platform providers such as Apple, Google, and Meta), and force majeure events are outside our control.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive use of the Service. On termination, you may export your Customer Data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.
